Job Title: AI Prompt Engineer and RPA Implementation Specialist

Location: Long Island City, NY

Duration: 6 Months

Interview Type: In-person

• Design and develop AI agents using Azure OpenAI services and large language models (nice to have).

• Create, test, and refine prompts to enhance AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.

• Implement generative AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model output quality and reduce hallucinations.

• Develop conversational AI interfaces and intelligent automation workflows.

• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

• Develop attended and unattended robotic process automation solutions.

• Create desktop flows and cloud flows for robust automation coverage.

• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and platforms.

• Maintain and troubleshoot automation solutions for continuous, reliable performance.

• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Develop automation solutions across both Windows and Linux environments.

• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and AI implementations.

• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java.

• Experience with the Microsoft .NET Framework, including Visual Basic .NET.

• SQL for database development, queries, and data manipulation.

• HTML/CSS for web-based automation interfaces.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI platform, including GPT models and embeddings.

• Knowledge of NLP frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and best practices.

• Machine learning fundamentals and model implementation.

• Computer vision experience for image processing and recognition tasks.

• Expertise in Power Automate (desktop and cloud flows).

• Power Automate Desktop development for RPA.

• Experience with Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with AI Builder for integrating AI into workflows.

• Azure OpenAI Service deployment and management.

• Azure Functions for serverless automation.

• Azure Logic Apps for workflow orchestration.

• Azure Active Directory for authentication/security.

• Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for deployment.

• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Working with SOAP services.

• JSON parsing and manipulation.

• API authentication using OAuth or API keys.

• Webhook implementation and usage.

• Data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.

• Excel automation and data analysis.

• Data visualization with tools like Matplotlib.

• Database management and statistical analysis.

• Business process mapping and workflow analysis.

• Experience designing optimized workflows.

• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

• Familiarity with process mining and improvement methodologies.

• Designing and implementing solution architecture.

• Planning and executing system integrations.

• Understanding scalability, performance tuning, and security principles.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Version control using Git.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with testing and QA best practices.

• Windows Server administration and automation.

• PowerShell scripting expertise.

• Experience with Task Scheduler and service management.

• Remote Desktop and unattended automation setup.

• Proficiency with Linux command line.

• Shell scripting (Bash/Shell).

• Basic Linux system administration.

• Cross-platform automation experience.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement-gathering abilities.

• Experience training or mentoring teams on automation solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in automation, RPA, or AI development.

• Experience working with business processes and workflow optimization.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.

• Certifications in Azure OpenAI or Azure AI.

• UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere certifications.

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Associate-level certifications.

• Automation experience in Citrix or VDI environments.

• SAP or other ERP system integration.

• Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models.

• Knowledge of OCR tools and document processing technologies.
