We are seeking a motivated Assistant E-Commerce and Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the ongoing growth of Racquetworld.com. With a primary role in Pickleball, this role will involve supporting our e-commerce initiatives across our six proprietary websites, assisting with product merchandising, managing listings, and providing exceptional customer service. Under the director’s guidance, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of product listings across our e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate on e-commerce campaigns to optimize merchandising and promote special offers.
• Utilize email marketing software (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to assist in the development and execution of email campaigns.
• Engage with customers by responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and providing customer service support.
• Perform data entry and basic analytical tasks in Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with basic HTML coding as needed to ensure website content aligns with marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or PaintShop Pro, and Canva.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HTML coding.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
