Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Location: Onsite and Hybrid (Indiana)

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, USC

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Create data models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics , or related field
• Proven experience (typically 1 3+ years ) as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database systems
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Excel , including advanced functions
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines.
