Business Immigration Paralegal

80,000 - 90,000

A prominent law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to join its New York office. This role supports a fast-paced immigration practice and requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple matters under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and government agencies throughout the lifecycle of immigration matters
• Track case deadlines and maintain accurate records and case files
• Conduct intake, gather required documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Monitor case progress and provide status updates to attorneys and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of an accredited paralegal studies program required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software
