Job Description

Piping Systems is seeking an experienced, certified welder to join our team. We specialize in commercial HVAC installations, process and pharmaceutical piping, stainless steel TIG welding, including food-grade stainless projects, and welded gas piping systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining their tools and equipment.

• Weld and install HVAC mechanical systems, including hydronic and steam piping.
• Fabricate and install welded gas piping systems.
• Perform orbital and TIG welding on food-grade stainless steel piping.
• Possible work in pharmaceutical piping and cleanroom environments.
• Work both in our fabrication shop and on-site installations.
• Maintain equipment and tools in safe, organized working condition.

Requirements:

• Current welding certification (pipe certification strongly preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional welding and piping installation experience.
• Experience with food-grade stainless steel welding and gas piping.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping layouts.
• Ability to read and work from mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Willingness to commute to job sites, including some weekend work as needed.
• Team-oriented, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or bioprocess piping.
• Familiarity with ASME BPE standards and sanitary welding practices.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
