Position Details:

• Title: RocketCup Coffee team member
• Description: To craft high-quality drinks, prepare food, assist with inventory, and support daily store operations. Ideal candidates are team players with great customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Shifts: Full-time and part-time, alternate shifts, including weekends
• Café Hours:
• Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $15 plus tips

You are a great fit if you'd love to:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet RocketCup Coffee’s standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments.
• Ensure the cafe's cleanliness and organization, including dining and kitchen areas.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge about coffee.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth operation and a positive working environment.
• Craft amazing food in our kitchen.
• Other duties required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in coffee preparation and/or food service is recommended.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for coffee.
• Motivated and willing to learn and adapt to RocketCup Coffee’s methods and standards.
• Availability to work on weekends and flexibility in scheduling
