Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator
A local distribution operation in Chester County is looking for a dispatch-focused logistics coordinator to support daily delivery operations.
What You’ll Do
Dispatch company drivers and outside carriers
Track routes and share updates when needed
Help drivers handle delays, issues, or last-minute changes
Work with shipping staff to keep loads moving on time
What We’re Looking For
Basic experience in logistics or dispatch preferred
Comfortable using Excel, Word, and the phone
Clear communication and good problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks with little supervision
Schedule
3.5 days per week
12-hour shifts (2nd Shift)
Pay & Benefits
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
