As a Management Trainee , you’ll take part in a hands-on learning program designed to develop your skills in leadership, event coordination, and business management . You’ll learn by doing—supporting outreach campaigns, mentoring new team members, and managing day-to-day operations that drive community impact.
Participate in structured leadership and business training with experienced mentors
Coordinate and oversee community outreach events , including setup, logistics, and staffing
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and local venues
Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Mentor and train entry-level outreach representatives
Track and analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
