About the Role:
Battle House Laser Tag in Wilmington, NC is seeking reliable, energetic part-time team members to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for high school and college students, or anyone seeking flexible weekend employment in a fun, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and guide players through rules, gear, and game modes
Referee and lead games for groups of up to 36 players
Ensure safety, fairness, and excellent customer service
Maintain clean, organized arena and functioning equipment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead groups confidently
Team-oriented and dependable
Minimum age: 16 years old
Shift Requirements:
Weekend availability required
Saturday shifts: 10:45am–4:30pm or 4pm–11pm
Sunday shifts: 11am–6:30pm
8–28 hours per week
