P3 Delivery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Court Reporter to join our team in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for accuracy and a proven track record, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

 As a Court Reporter at P3 Delivery, you will play a crucial role in the legal process by creating precise, verbatim transcripts of legal proceedings, depositions, and hearings. You'll work with a diverse range of clients and cases, ensuring the integrity of the record is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

•  Attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings to accurately record testimony and events.
•  Utilize stenography, voice writing, or other approved methods to capture a verbatim record.
•  Produce high-quality, certified transcripts in a timely manner, adhering to all legal and professional standards.
•  Maintain meticulous records and notes related to each case.
•  Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Court Reporter.
• Valid and current certification (e.g., Registered Professional Reporter (RPR), Registered Merit Reporter (RMR), or Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR) from the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) or a state equivalent).
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to focus for extended periods.
• Strong command of legal terminology and grammar.
• Proficiency with court reporting software and technology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
