Latitude is seeking a high-caliber employment law attorney for a permanent, in-office role with one of its corporate clients, one of the largest retail companies in the United States. The role requires in-office attendance in either Tampa or Atlanta. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted legal advisor on a broad spectrum of general corporate, employment law and employment litigation matters impacting a large, national organization.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience counseling employers on federal, state, and local employment law issues, with additional exposure to wage and hour compliance, employment agreements, collective bargaining disputes, and unlawful discrimination claims strongly preferred. Prior experience in the labor and employment practice group of a large law firm, a sophisticated boutique, and/or a sizable corporate legal department is preferred. Experience working with corporate business, sales, and HR teams—whether as outside counsel or in-house counsel—is strongly preferred.

Compensation:
Pay : The anticipated compensation range for this position is from $170,000 to $230,000 annually.
Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
