About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Manager-level Air Import Supervisor or Senior Air Import Specialist to oversee air import operations, coordinate vendor relationships, and manage shipments from arrival to final delivery. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to travel for business needs. Candidates open to Atlanta relocation will be highly valued.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and process international and domestic air import shipments.
  
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Manage invoicing: prepare invoices for customers and reconcile vendor A/P invoices with accounting.
  
• Expedite customs clearance and delivery to meet client deadlines.
  
• Maintain operational data, including customer/vendor profiles, rate quotes, and shipment records.
  
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
  
• Provide daily activity reports to management.
  
• Support ad-hoc projects and management requests.
  

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in air import operations (manager-level experience strongly preferred).
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
  
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred.
  
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
  
• Ability to travel to Georgia (GA) as needed ; willingness to relocate to Atlanta a plus .
