Licensed Mental Health Counselor needed in Fort Plain, NY

• The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) or 4 10s
• Hybrid Schedule Available
• Willing to work one evening a week (until 7PM)
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to clients age 5+ experiencing behavioral health challenges or substance use concerns.
• Create customized treatment plans while working closely with medical and clinical partners.
• Complete thorough evaluations and implement proven, clinically sound therapeutic approaches.
• Document all services promptly and accurately within the electronic health record system, following state and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and respond to urgent client needs, including crisis situations.
• Take part in regular supervision, training, and continuing education to strengthen skills and support long-term success.

Requirements

• LMHC in the state of New York
• Excellent verbal and written skills
