Being familiar with online motor vehicle processing utilizing NJ OLRS/TRIVIN or CVR is a plus! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and processing motor vehicle title and registration for all states.
• Processing contracts for banks.
• Submit payoffs for trade vehicles.
• Complete billing for wholesales and swaps.
• Prepare deals for accounting dept to post.
• Ensuring the company's tag and title work meets state requirements.
• Maintaining a system to verify trade-in titles has been collected from customers and banks.
• Keep accurate records on submitted and completed motor vehicle transactions.
• Performing other duties as assigned with a requirement for cross-training.

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Strong computer skills and accuracy
• Team player, reliable, and dependable
• Strong ability to follow assigned work schedules and comply with our attendance policy.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time, standing and walking and vending required.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24-$28 per hour. Benefits:
