Nanny – Westport, CT

Westport, CT | 30-40 hrs/week | Flexible Schedule

About the Family

We are looking for a nurturing and reliable part-time nanny who can provide care during the weekdays, with potential responsibilities including light housekeeping, light cooking during the baby’s naps, and errands such as groceries. 

We are a warm, flexible family with two young children:

• Boy, almost 5, attending preschool most days (8:30–2:30 or 8:30–4:30 depending on the day)
• Girl, almost 1

We also have a small, friendly dog (~14 lbs, Havanese mix, rescue).

Potential Schedule Options (Flexible):

• Option (a): 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 4–5 days/week
• Option (b): 9:30 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Option (c): ~10:00 AM – ~5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safe, and age-appropriate care for both children
• Assist with preschool drop-offs/pickups if needed
• Light housekeeping (dishes, tidying playroom)
• Light meal prep or snacks during baby’s naps
• Grocery runs or household errands as needed
• Care for family dog

Qualifications

• Prior experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Responsible, patient, and reliable
• Ability to multitask and manage light household duties
• Flexible and open to adjusting schedule as needed

Compensation & Benefits
