Wellness Visit Nurse Practitioner. Nurse Practitioners (NP) needed to conduct In-Home Health Assessments throughout Arkansas. (Many locations - Bentonville, Little Rock, Jonesboro, West Memphis, Camden and many others) We offer year-round opportunities: Full-time or Part-Time.

Set your own schedule and earn an excellent income! Our healthcare providers conduct comprehensive, in-home, Health/Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients as part of their health insurance benefits. The evaluations are conducted in a face-to-face manner where the member resides. Within the visit, the clinician reinforces the importance of staying current on covered preventive services while identifying potential gaps in care, which stem from unnecessary hospitalizations and ER visits.

Our Providers enjoy:

• Flexibility - Design your own schedule with weekend visits as an option
• No prescribing or treatment, simply performing consultative assessments/evaluations and diagnosis

Requirement:

• Must be State licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI.
• Must be able to consistently give a min. of 10-16 hours weekly. (You can give availability 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm
• Must be able to travel within a Region (Mileage paid)

The following will be provided:

• Credentialing services and paid training.
• Liability insurance.
• Scheduling of appointments with Medicare members within a certain time frame.
• Web tracking and scheduling tools to maximize your travel time.
• Ipad Tablet/laptop Provided.
• Mileage Reimbursement.
