Job Responsibilities include:
Initial contact with potential new clients;
File maintenance from beginning to end of the case;
Heavy client contact;
Heavy workload;
Answering telephone;
Use of programs Abacus Law, Family Law Software, and Smokeball.
Prepare, File and schedule motions/pleadings. Candidates must possess a positive, upbeat, friendly, can-do attitude, and must be able to type 60 plus wpm. Family law/law firm experience required (1 or more years preferrable). Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required .
