Part-Time Newborn Nanny & Light Household Manager
About the Family:
We’re a warm and loving family of first-time parents seeking a nurturing, experienced Newborn Nanny & Light Household Manager to join our home and help care for our 3-month-old baby. We’re looking for someone who is both knowledgeable about infant development and proactive in keeping our home running smoothly. This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with our family and become a trusted and valued part of our lives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $28–$30/hour, depending on experience
Paid Time Off:
1 week paid vacation
3 paid holidays
2 paid sick/personal days
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: April 1.
Primary Responsibilities – Infant Care (Approx. 70%)
Provide loving, attentive care to our 3-month-old baby
Maintain and follow a consistent feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedule
Plan developmentally appropriate activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, etc.)
Track and communicate baby’s routines, milestones, and moods with parents
Wash and sterilize bottles and other baby items
Baby laundry and organization of nursery, clothes, and supplies
Support healthy sleep habits and routines
Secondary Responsibilities – Light Household Management (Approx. 30%)
Keep baby areas and common spaces clean and organized
Load/unload dishwasher, wipe kitchen counters, and help with light daily upkeep
Monitor and restock baby essentials (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.)
Family laundry and occasional light meal prep
Comfort around and ability to assist with care for our friendly golden retriever
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
