Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital transformation of 340B policy communications, ensuring cutting-edge training and education for staff and participants.
  • Conduct tech-savvy internal audits using advanced software to identify and rectify compliance discrepancies.
  • Leverage modern analytics to audit all service points, ensuring program integrity and participant compliance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze program trends and report on performance metrics for strategic leadership decisions.
  • Ensure the precision of 340B purchasing records through innovative software solutions.
  • Identify and report on compliance issues, assisting in the development of proactive corrective action plans.
  • Champion the creation of comprehensive quarterly and annual reports, documenting program success and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize formulary pricing strategies through the 340B Prime Vendor Program, unlocking additional savings.
  • Research and implement participation strategies with companies offering 340B-equivalent pricing.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication on program changes and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous improvement by undertaking dynamic responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of trailblazing pharmacy technician experience is essential.
  • Skills: Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret complex compliance regulations.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in 340B program compliance and auditing, with a forward-thinking mindset.
