Job Description

Joe Home Buyer of Sacramento (based in Roseville, CA) is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Executive Assistant to support a high-performing real estate investor and an expanding team. This role is essential to the company’s growth and will operate primarily in-person , working closely with the owner on daily operations, communication, and project execution.

This is not your typical administrative role. You’ll gain a backstage pass into the world of real estate investing—learning the systems, transaction processes, negotiation strategies, and operational foundations behind a thriving investment company. You’ll also work hands-on with real estate transactions, coordinating directly with sellers, title companies, closing attorneys, vendors, and a dynamic, fast-growing team.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support & Operations

  • Manage and triage email inboxes; draft clear and professional communications

  • Maintain and control the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Support day-to-day operations, systems, and workflow management

Real Estate Transaction Support

  • Communicate with sellers, title companies, closing attorneys, and vendors

  • Assist with transaction coordination from contract to close

  • Track deadlines, documentation, and communication between all parties

  • Ensure files, contracts, and updates stay organized and accurate

Event Coordination

The owner serves as the President of the Northern California Real Estate Investing Association , hosting events ranging from 30 to 150 attendees.
You will play a key role in supporting these events by:

  • Assisting with event logistics, planning, and execution

  • Coordinating venue bookings, vendor scheduling, and speaker/talent logistics

  • Managing guest lists, RSVPs, communications, and event materials

  • Supporting setup, flow, and follow-up activities surrounding each event
    Candidates with prior event coordination , community-building, or hospitality experience are highly preferred.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Assist with business development, special projects, and growth initiatives

  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting

  • Help streamline workflows, solve operational problems, and anticipate needs

  • Collaborate closely with the owner to move priorities forward efficiently
