Permanent Day Shifts with a Weekend Rotation - 20 hours/week - Must work 2 10-hour day shifts per week and 1-2 Saturdays per 6-week schedule

The Oncology Infusion Clinics provides both standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy, supportive care infusions, and clinical interventions for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. Other performance and patient outcome services include nurse telephone triage, discharge planning, care coordination, ambulatory clinical evaluation, and advanced drug preparation. Registered Nurses (RNs) care for patients with hematologic malignancies in this clinic. Come join our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center!

Oncology competency-based education and training will be provided for the non-oncology nurse.

Shifts : 20 hours/week position; Must work 2 10-hour day shifts per week and 1-2 Saturdays per 6-week schedule

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from Accredited Nursing Program
  • Applicants with an Associate’s degree JHH provides Tuition Assistance towards earning your BSN/MSN
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Registered nurse with acute care experience required - oncology or infusion experience preferred

***Nurses hired with an Associate’s degree in nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
