Sales Analyst Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the sales analysis team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning
Analyze sales trends, customer behaviors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate data-driven decisions
Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional growth
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales reporting platforms
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a related role, with prior supervisory experience
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Effective leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
