Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience within a corporate environment.
Provided comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating communications and assisting with office operations.
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or a related field preferred. Familiarity with graphic design concepts or experience in graphic design.
Relevant Work Experience
Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, required.
High energy, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments under tight timelines, required.
Strong organizational, administrative, decision making, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a teamwork orientation, required.

Additional Physical Demands
The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
