What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead / Part-Time Assistant Manager , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our park runs smoothly and our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead by Example : Support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely.
• Problem-Solving : Handle guest concerns and challenges with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Team Development : Assist in training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.
• Safety First : Ensure compliance with safety protocols to keep our guests and team safe at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a dynamic leader who can bring energy, organization, and a passion for customer service to the role. To thrive as our Team Lead / Part-Time Assistant Manager , you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with team members and guests.
