Job Description

14306 - Technical Scrum Master (onsite) – Jupiter, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter, FL. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter, FL (required);
• Experience as Scrum Master;
• Experience with Jira;
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events for multiple Power Delivery IT teams, ensuring they are outcome ‑ focused and time ‑ boxed;
• Coordinate daily operations with offshore development and QA teams, managing handoffs, clarifying priorities, and removing blockers;
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards; ensure accurate story, task, and defect tracking and provide regular progress reports to the Agile Leader and stakeholders;
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile/Scrum principles, promote continuous improvement, and drive higher delivery predictability and quality;
• Monitor team metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time), identify trends and risks, and work with teams to implement improvement actions;
• Shield teams from external disruptions, manage cross ‑ team dependencies, and facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product management, and technical leads;
• Facilitate continuous improvement by driving regular team retrospectives, capturing actionable insights, and implementing process changes to increase delivery efficiency and quality over time.
