Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing vehicle title and registration documents accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all state and DMV requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment. Benefits * Competitive salary * 401(k) * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Employee benefits package * Employee discounts Responsibilities * Process All Documents Required for State Registration, Ensuring Proper Paperwork and Completion of Tax and Title Documents * Handle All Payoffs, Registrations for New and Pre-owned Vehicles, License Plate Issuance, and Transfers * Obtain and Maintain Dealer Titles * Submit Bills of Sale, Contracts, Warranties, and Service Contracts to Appropriate Agencies, Including the Department of Motor Vehicles * Review Documents for Accuracy, Completeness, and Required Signatures * Verify Vehicle Sale and Purchase Prices for Accuracy Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Automotive experience preferred * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Eagerness to learn and improve processes * Willingness to take initiative * Computer literate with strong writing and grammar skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees * Clean driving record and valid driver’s license We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics
