Job Description

We’re looking for reliable and hard-working Skilled Warehouse Laborer Pallet Repair to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools. Ideal candidates will have experience with manual labor, carpentry, or warehouse work and are comfortable in a physically active environment.

Pay Rate:

• Training Pay: $20.00/hour
• Post-Training Pay: Up to $29.00/hour, based on individual production

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues
• Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets
• Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove/replace nails
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manual labor or similar field
• Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs consistently (250–300 times/day)
• Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, saws, or hand tools
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, changing temperatures)
• Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed
