Ascendence Health Services is hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our growing mental health team in a long-term care nursing facility.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy group work, collaboration, and real impact—without the burnout.
Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and credentials
